This week in Tarot 4 Tyson…

- The Present – Nine of Wands (reversed)
- The Future – Seven of Swords
- The Outcome- Knight of Pentacles
Well it would seem, judging from this layout, that your life has been quite interesting Dr. Tyson. What I find interesting here is all the activity going on behind the back of the Knight of Pentacles. Here are two ways we can view this spread.
One is that we have an intellectual murder (1), growing of passion, energy, and transformation (2), and a theft dealing with intellect and knowledge (3) all of which is going on behind the back of the Knight of Pentacles. The Knight is the key card here and we know this because two of the cards (2, 3) are looking towards him as if to monitor his whereabouts or actions. Unfortunately, from this perspective, this spread seems to stink of deceit and double-dealing. Perhaps this is a view of science not many should see? Or perhaps this has nothing to do with your place of employment? If it deals with your home life, then some serious things are afoot and I am certainly curious as to what happens when the Knight of Pentacles becomes abreast of what is going on behind his back.
And a simpler way to view this spread would be to see it as a contest to gain the favor of the Knight of Pentacles as the other three cards are in a state of loss (2), development (2), and labor (3). Either way the Knight of Pentacles is still the key figure. My advice Dr. Tyson, determine who the Knight of Pentacles is and keep them happy if you can. Cheers!
